Building on a lifetime of cooking, I've been teaching professionally for many years. My training includes the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone and the Tante Marie Cooking School in San Francisco.

My original recipes have won national contests and have appeared in Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, Fine Cooking, and the nationally-syndicated Desperation Dinners column.
