Building on a lifetime of cooking, I've been teaching professionally for over four years. My training includes the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone and the Tante Marie Cooking School in San Francisco. My original recipes have won national contests and have appeared in Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, and Fine Cooking. In addition to classes, I conduct occasional demonstrations at the Carrboro Farmers' Market.
