General Information
Classes are demonstration style and run 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Students receive copies of all recipes and generous sample portions for tasting. I show
you how to prepare the recipes step-by-step. I also give you lots of information on quality ingredients, cooking techniques, culinary history, and shopping tips.
