General Information

Classes are demonstration style and run 2-1/2 to 3 hours.  Students receive copies of all recipes and generous sample portions for tasting.  I show you how to prepare the recipes step-by-step. I also give you lots of information on quality ingredients, cooking techniques, culinary history, and shopping tips.

You can see the April - June class schedule here.  All classes are held at my home, located at 4112 Stemmons Court in the Westlake subdivision in North Raleigh. (If you need directions, see the Directions page.)
