Would you and a group of friends like to have a class of your own? Here's how it works.
We work together to select a topic. Most people choose a complete meal, but I've done topics such as hors d'oeuvres, and 30-minute
entrees. I create a menu just for your group. I provide the groceries, the equipment, and copies of the recipes. You provide the dishes, serving pieces, and beverages.
I bring everything to the location of your choice. If you don't have a suitable location, I can do the class at my house.
Depending on the type of party, I can provide as much instruction as I would in a regular class, or I can give an overview of the food and keep the
emphasis on eating. Your friends are entertained, well-fed, and they take home new recipes and cooking skills.
I recommend groups of 8 or more, but that's negotiable. I quote the cost of each custom class individually to ensure I provide exactly what
you want. The cost is usually $45 per person, but past classes have ranged between $25 to $80 per person.
Custom classes are popular with all types of groups.
I've done birthday parties, bridal showers, neighborhood association meetings, book clubs and supper clubs. Basically, any group that likes great food has a wonderful time.
