Building on a lifetime of cooking, I've been teaching professionally for over four years. My training includes the Culinary Institute of America (CIA)
at Greystone and the Tante Marie Cooking School in San Francisco.
My original recipes have won national contests and have appeared in Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, and Fine Cooking.
In addition to classes, I conduct occasional demonstrations at the Carrboro Farmers' Market. I also teach monthly mini-classes at Wellspring Grocery /
Whole Foods Markets in Raleigh and Cary (see the Appearances page for more information).
